Transport and mobility are not only two central pillars of NUN Overland’s business, but also important factors when it comes to climate protection. That is why we are also a project partner of the “klimaaktiv mobil” initiative. We have now been recognized by the Republic of Austria for our commitment.
As part of the “klimaaktiv mobil” joint campaign launched by the Federal Ministry for Sustainability and Tourism, numerous institutions, organizations, municipalities and companies are working to reduce CO2 emissions in Austria.
CO2 reduction is also a major concern for NUN Overland GmbH. We are committed to expanding renewable energy sources at our sites, gradually converting our fleet to alternative drive systems and raising awareness of climate protection issues among our customers and partners.
Reward for mobility management
We have now been rewarded for our efforts as part of the climate protection initiative: at the EU citizens’ event “Graz moves Europe – Europe moves Graz”, we received the award for competence in climate protection – a recognition that is awarded as part of the „Mobility Management for Companies, Property Developers and Fleet Operators“ action and consulting program.
We are extremely pleased to receive this award because it proves that Sustainable mobility management does not have to end at the Austrian state border, but even extends as far as Turkey.
